Privacy policy

This policy explains what Galloway Law collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you give one, and what you write. Like most websites, this one also records basic visit information, such as which pages were opened, to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before a first meeting. We don't sell it, and we don't share it except with people who help us run the office and with those the law requires.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who do not become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept for as long as the rules for lawyers require.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@gallowaylaw.com or calling (541) 555-0148.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
