Willa Galloway
Family lawyer, Eugene
Divorce, parenting plans and protective orders, one lawyer from start to finish.
I grew up between two houses in Springfield and Eugene, on opposite sides of the river, and nobody explained to anyone what was happening or in what order. That is mostly what I do now.
I started my practice to work with one family at a time. I take a limited number of cases, so each person can reach me, not an assistant. I explain what will happen before it does, put agreements in plain words and tell you honestly when something is not worth fighting over.
Outside work I walk the river paths, cook for more people than I need to and try to keep a garden alive.

Week to week, working with me
I explain before I act
Before anything is filed or signed, you hear what it does, what it costs and what else you could do.
I put it in writing
Plans, agreements and the next steps, in plain words you can keep in a drawer and read again.
I tell you when to wait
Some things get better with time and some get worse with a hasty filing. I say which is which.
I'm the person you reach
You call one number and reach me. If I cannot answer, I call back.
Call or write when you're ready
Call or write. You decide what happens after the first conversation.
Please keep confidential details, such as account numbers or what happened at home, out of the contact form.
